The house is recently renovated, screened front porch looks over a conservation area. Ramp to the front door if you have mobility issues. Carport.
King-sized bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom. 2 full baths, full kitchen, large family room, and living room.
Pet friendly, absolutely no smoking inside.
Beautifully kept 55+ Mobile Home Community, Gull Air Village, has all the amenities you want. A huge pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and activities galore. Centrally located, 5 minutes from Tampa, just 5 minutes to Mease Countryside Hospital, and 20 minutes to beaches, golf courses, quaint villages, and more attractions.
