Terrible experience. Can’t believe this place has a good rating. Our flight got delayed and we arrived to the hotel around 1am. We payed $225 for the room. Checked in and received a dirty room, beds were not made, towels on the floor and there were feces in the toilet. We went back to reception and the receptionist told us they were sold out and that if we did not want the room as it was, we had to go somewhere else and that he would leave a note for the manager to process a refund in the morning. We spent the next three hours with heavy rain calling hotels and stopping at random ones to get a room. This is Spring Break time and everting was sold out for the night. This is completely unacceptable and the hotel did not compensate us in any way for the wasted time and gas.

We found our stay here very pleasant. All of the staff that we encountered was helpful and also friendly. We had the suite with the kitchenette, and it was very nice to have that in a room.The breakfast was pretty hearty, and the staff in the breakfast room especially kind. Biscuits, gravy, omelets, and pancakes made it so much better than most breakfasts. Our bed was comfortable and we really did not have any complaints about this hotel. I definitely recommend it, and will return there if I ever am back in Tampa. Our stay was 4 nights in length.
