Check in was extremely difficult. The day I was driving there I was constantly getting texts and emails, asking for my ID, then passport photo, then selfie, then credit card number, etc. When I got, there was no receptionist, just a "sales" office. The code they gave didn't work and security guy was rude. Only after I told him if he can't get me into my cabin, I want my money back, did he reluctantly make a call to get my room code. This listing needs to removed.

I booked this without looking at the reviews. Then I looked at the reviews and saw some pretty horrible reviews.. I'm not sure where they stayed but this place was amazing. The cabin smell like it was just built so clean and fresh and just the coolest place and they all looked brand new. The staff on the grounds was very friendly.. only two regrets I had about this place one is that in all my trips to Tampa that I didn't stay there before and two that I had to leave that little place. I can promise you you'll have zero regrets such a nice place and I will definitely stay there from now on when I go to Tampa.

Place was very dusty and floor dirty. Dishes and glasses dirty. All paper products, shampoo etc were 1/2 full and we ran out. Staff support was beyond terrible! I tried multiple times (and have saved the text conversations) to get more items. I received 1 set of refresher towels and toilet paper. Then when I asked for more..was promised they would be delivered….24 hours later then told “no” you only get one set of refresher towels. They promised to deliver more toilet paper and garbage bags…NEVER did, even when I asked again. My stay was for 9 days. So, in summary..I bought my own supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, body wash and conditioner…and I will NEVER stay there again!!! The customer service is the worst. They have lost a customer forever!!

The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and clean; we loved the place, but the water from the faucets and shower has a terrible smell, like sewage. We had to buy gallons of bottled water so we could shower.
