The rooms need to be updated and cleaned up. Dated and worn.

This was one of the worst nights I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine, clean enough and comfortable however, kids were running up and down the hall all night, people in the room next to us were smoking so much pot it was coming in under our door, people were in and out of rooms slamming doors all night. Three calls to the manager didn't resolve anything. When I told the morning manager when I checked out her only reply was "yeah you look tired". I know hotels can't control who checks in to them but they can help serve the customers whonare trying to sleep by addressing the issues those people cause.

Convenience of park and fly Somewhat reasonable price Wanted to try a different hotel from previous stays in the area I must say this hotel looks very dated, rugs, doors, uninviting hallway colors, just not the Double Tree I used to know. Not sure if I will stay there again.

I liked how close it was to everything, but the parking was way off to the left in a garage. The room I had smelled musty but was clean.

I checked in to the hotel early morning of Saturday July 3 and Carlos checked me in. Btw, he’s quite an understanding person and he definitely deserves a raise. I passed out as soon as I got to my room and woke up in the morning. Boy it was hot! Apparently, the A/C was not working. Overall good stay but still the A/C …!

I love the Double Tree and I checked out of a Sheraton for my last night at a Double Tree. I was disappointed that the sliding doors were outdated and you could not sleep with all the noise coming off the highway. I noticed this the second I got into the room and touched nothing; I immediately called down to asked to have my room changed and I was told no that other hotel guest have rooms facing the highway and they dont have a problem. I was also told that there was none in the hotel to santize my room so I could not switch. This was 9pm at night. I stepped outside my room to see a house keep 2 doors down cleaning another room. I asked for a refund so I could go back to the Sheraton and they told me NO. I would not recommned this Double Tree Josh the manager was unaccommodating and does not know the meaning of customer service. NEVER AGAIN

Everything was great from staff to service to cleanliness. Plenty shopping near by n food

Nice, clean hotel with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. And of course the cookie was delicious. The only thing that was missing/weird was that there was not a mini fridge in the room, nor a microwave. We stayed in a king room with balcony.

This Double Tree was really nice for the price! If you need a mini fridge, just ask the front desk and they will bring one to your room. The cookie at check-in was delicious as always, and the shuttle from the airport was great.
