This has to be my worst experience renting a place. On first entering the place, it looks like the pictures. But each moment that passed, it just kept getting worse. The place was not clean. We had to the wipe down the surfaces as we touched them. We looked on each bed and each one had hairs in them. But the worst part was finding a cockroach in the sofa on the first night. That was the final straw we had to leave the property. The crazy thing is that Owner was only willing to do a partial refund rather than giving full money back claiming that we stayed the first night since there were no hotels open at 3am. Really speechless that anyone would list a property in this condition. Absolutely dumbfounded that we weren’t given a full refund. I guess the host and VRBO think that cockroaches in their property aren’t major issues for their guests.It cost me 300 to be in this place for less than 24 hours. Not to mention the has sad or of having to scramble in the middle of the night on the first night of our vacation.
