3 adults stayed for 2 nights. The unit was clean, well prepared and spacious. The 2 bedrooms and 2 beds were a good size and comfortable. The futon in the living room didn't seem too comfortable for an adult so the 3rd person slept on the couch. There is a high staircase to access the unit and the house was built in 1910 so the floors creek when walking around. The bathroom is nice, stocked with towels and washcloths and the water was always hot for a nice shower, which was great on a cold weekend. Supplies were provided for the firepit. We didn't get to use it, but the spot outside seems nice and cozy to spend time around a fire. We didn't use the kitchen too much but it had suppliesb with a full size fridge and stove. The neighborhood is nice, feels safe and is very centrally located. We were never far from anything we wanted to do in Tampa, including a Tesla charging station, restaurants and shopping. The hosts are very attentive and Maria is quick to answer messages.
