Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex home located in the charming town of Zephyrhills, Florida!

🛋 Living Area: Comfortable seating and a 65-inch flat-screen Vizio TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table or take them outside to the backyard patio.

🛏 Bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1: Queen bed
-Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

🛁 Bathroom:
- Clean, well-stocked, and equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The duplex style ensures privacy—guests have exclusive access to the right side of the home, the backyard, and screened-in patio.

- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink

- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer
