Beautiful view of the newly renovated pool area from the 10th floor balcony with downtown views. Very lively area with nice restaurants and night life within walking distance. Walk to Amalie arena for events. Take a nice walk on the river walk along the Hillsborough river. Easy access to the interstate and the crosstown expressway. Enjoy the magnificent beaches, only a 30 minute drive. Downtown living without the noise. Located 1/2 mile from Tampa General Hospital.
