Definitely a sanctuary! Immaculate and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Outdoor spaces cozy and inviting. Location also a plus. Easy walk to Bay Shore drive. I could easily live there! Excellent communication from the property manager, Kathie Wilde. Will stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place had a great cozy vibe and was spotless. The location was absolutely perfect for Gasparilla — we could easily enjoy the parade without any hassle. Everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in a walkable neighborhood. Close restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. House is clean and kept in a great condition. Newly renovated backyard was perfect for kids to spend time outside. We have been coming here for years.

Relaxing weekend!

Wonderful home. All the amenities to make a great weekend. The landscaping in the backyard needs some TLC, really not usable in its current state. Otherwise, the home was well maintained and comfortable. I would choose this location again.

Charming & Comfortable

The Bay to Bay sanctuary was the perfect place for our recent visit to Tampa. It was clean, comfortably furnished, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and convenient to all of central Tampa. And the covered front porch was a nice spot for my wife and I to enjoy coffee each morning. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this wonderful spot again.

A must book!

We had such a wonderful stay. The communication with the host was great and the house was exactly how it showed in the pictures. Loved drinking coffee on the porch, going for a run in the neighborhood or walking to grab a latte or dessert just a block from the house. The neighborhood is super quiet so that was a plus. Thank you Kathie for providing us with a wonderful experience.

Something Zen-Like About This House

We absolutely loved this house. The layout is awesome and very spacious. Everything is there that you'd need and the backyard is beautiful. We hung out on the front and back porch and loved walking to local shops and to get coffee. The master bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. The bathroom is the perfect size and has lots of areas for makeup cases. The owner provides various soaps and lotion and great towels and wash rags. We will stay again when we're back in town.

Perfect work retreat

This home is beyond cute, comfortable, and convenient. I was able to bike to and from work and to many local attractions. Walk to dinner. Neighborhood was quiet all thru my trip and never felt like it was unsafe. I will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area for work or pleasure!!!
