Very clean & comfortable. Small, but had everything we needed. Having baskets underneath the bed to unpack in was so helpful and suitcases fit in an open space in the kitchen. So quiet! My husband is 6’7, so the small shower was difficult, but he said he would stay there again.

Cute and Simple!

We had a wonderful time staying here! It felt like our own private getaway. We had more interaction with the owners than previous places I’ve stayed, but that was totally okay because they were so kind, friendly and helpful! The house is at the end of a little inlet, so there’s not quite as much of an ocean beach-vibe as if you were to stay in one of the apartment buildings on the beach, but The Guesthouse offers so much more privacy and it truly feels like your own little oasis. With a pool, grill, and mini beach, there’s not much more you could ask for!

Quaint and cozy place on the water- good for 1 person or a couple max as it’s fairly small. Did t get a chance to take advantage of the amenities but very nice and ‘Florida-ey’. Highly recommend.

Minimum comfort for reasonable price

Owners very welcoming and supportive. Wish the guest “house” wasn’t just a converted shed. Needed a dehumidifier, fan in bathroom which was open to living area, and seating inside. A sofa bed or Murphy bed would offer comfortable indoor seating. Met our minimum requirements.

My husband and I came down to spend Thanksgiving week with my Mother. We loved our stay at the guest house, and Rose was a very gracious and friendly host. We would stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for a private getaway.

We LOVED the Guest House

The Guest House was great! Super cute and exactly like it was described. Rose was amazing too. Unfortunately, we booked the week that Hurricane Milton came so we didn't get to stay the full week.
