Great family getaway

Very family-friendly accommodations with a 3 full baths, very comfortable and welcoming, with young children the house was decorated but not overly like other places I have stayed that needed child-proofing

Great stay

It was exactly what we were looking for. Nice place and a good area. The beach is really nice and pretty much anything you need is just a short drive away.

Clean. Responsive. Would stay again.

When we booked, the pin location on the VRBO map did not match the actual address of the unit, but the manager was very helpful, understanding, and responsive. The area where we ended up was fine for our needs, so we stayed. The unit was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Our stay in March was pleasant. The space for us was great. There was a bedroom for each of our teenagers, one for us and 3 bathrooms, just like home. Two bedroom fan/light were not working, and one TV didn't have a remote, but Carmen was quick to get maintenance to fix that. It was odd that there was only one light on a nightstand in one room. The only other source of lighting was the ceiling fan for the other bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook some meals, but we were short on some of the basic necessities. As far as the property, we didn't use the beach as it was a bit too cold. We did use one of the pools which we had to ourselves as it was still Breezy. Sunnier days we had seen both pools pretty packed. The pickleball court was our fav. Our teens taught us how to play and we had a blast after visiting a nearby store to purchase our own paddles/ball. The equipment for outdoor games is on your honor and didn't seem to have any pickleball equipment or sign sheet even though they were several nice courts.

Overall Nice Property

Loved the development with restaurants, beach and marinas. As a member of Freedom Boat club it was very convenient with two locations. Gym has minimal equipment and bugs on canal side were unbearable at the end of the day. Wifi reception is awful and there is literally no cell reception in the area. I emailed owner several times with no response, however she was receptive when texting and very helpful. Overall we loved the property and development. Area outside the development was not the best.

renter?

There was a strong odor like urine in the house. The property manager was aware of it. why not fix it? Its strong. Ants on the counter. Beed a new toaster. It burns everything.

Not the best stay

We love love love the area and resort. But definitely not this unit. Carmen was slow to respond- Codes were incorrect, Remotes and fan needed batteries and coffee pot missing. Washing machine was moldy and tub would not drain. Maintenance came to fix both. Not very clean overall and kitchen was thin on utensils and kitchenware. Big deal if you're here for a month. Many things didnt work. If you have a problem it will be awhile for a response from property manager. Would not stay here again

Cleaners not doing their job

looked good on surface. dishwasher and laundry washer smelled like sewer gas.After walking on tile floors in socks for 15 minutes our socks were black on the bottoms.laundry area not clean at all.Sliding screes on balconies won't stay in the tracks and difficult to operate.won't be returning . Not worth the price.

Short trip

Stayed here since our daughter lives in Apollo Beach and is moving AFB’s. Carmen was very accommodating to let us arrive a day early
