Serves as a good home base for a stay in the area. Host is responsive and quick to resolve any issues.The Laundry area was the only downside, being unable to run a spin cycle and the dryer took absurdly long to dry anything.

This, by far, has been the absolute worst stay in my whole VRBO experience.We ended up checking in late, which was our fault, and got there around 9:30pm and just immediately went to sleep after putting the kids down since I had been at work since 2:30am that morning. There were items in the garage along with a mattress and we didn’t really look at it much since we were rushing to get to sleep. We woke up and noticed a lot of things wrong, especially the cleanliness of the house. The floors were sticky and felt gross to the point where I went an out my shoes on and had everyone else wear shoes as well. I went into the garage and looked at the items that were in there and noticed that they were extremely filthy. The cleaning items they had in the garage as well were extremely filthy. We found wet rags in the bathroom on the counters left over from either the host cleaning or someone else, which I’m 100% sure that the house wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. The bag toss game was just thrown into the backyard right outside of the screen door and there were also coolers outside growing mold in them. We found clothes in the dressers left over from previous guests or someone else and the fridge didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. We ordered food and I messaged the host asking if the house had been cleaned. We spoke and I expressed my concerns and nothing was fixed, just forced out like we didn’t matter at all to the host and even sent them the pictures of the issues.

Came in for a wedding at Lithia. Home was beautifully decorated, comfy and in a very family oriented neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and AC worked great. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Nice property, responsive owner

Needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The property was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and the owner provided great customer service. Please note, the home does not have any king size beds. But the space provided was more than enough for our seven guest.

It was fine don’t expect a luxury home. Air conditioner is amazing so is the water pressure. List a king bed no king bed. Edgar was very good host check in was smooth. Great place if you just need a home base.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood

My dad and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to attend a couple events and this location was conveniently located between them. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; for the number of vehicles parked in driveways and on the streets we saw very few people out walking around.Edgar, our host was very helpful in every way and replied almost instantly to our messages.The only negative issue I had was there were dirty clothes left over from a previous occupant. I’m sure it was just an oversight during cleaning and it certainly wasn’t something to make a big deal about.Overall it was a great place to stay and we will likely consider it again.

Nice house for the price

The property was overall very nice, but needs some updating as far as the rugs needing to be replaced. Very old and stained. The mattresses can be updated as well. The size of the beds also did not match with what it said the house was supposed to have. The sheets and comforters should be updated also. One bed was a queen and supposed to be 2 queen and one king.

Great Comfortable Home for Large family or group
