We had an amazing stay and would definitely visit again! Breakfast: Plenty of options for all of us who prefer a variety of things. The omelettes, waffles, gallo pinto, and fresh fruit were some of our favorites. Pizza and Bar: We went off site for most other meals but found ourselves having a pizza each day from Nari. We also sat and had drinks while watching March Madness in the bar. Rusaul was an awesome server and positive part of our experience. Surfing: The teenage kids did surfing lessons one day. There are a ton of other options, but I booked through the hotel and it was basically the same cost and got to do everything right at the beach by our hotel. Joshua was a really great teacher and the kids got up right away. Rooms: We had a 2nd floor beachfront room and enjoyed it. Though it's a standard room other than the view so we didn't spend much time in there. Location: Perfect location in the middle of the beach strip of Tamarindo, so we could walk either direction on the beach or in town and be anywhere we wanted within 10 minutes on foot. Pool: We didn't plan to use the pools much since we were at the beach but ended up having a nice hang at the pool across the street. Nice resort style pool with tons of sitting, and a great time at the swimup bar.

From my arrival to my departure, the staff was incredible! Warm, welcoming and friendly staff! I originally requested an ocean view room, however I was in the upper part of the resort. A near section overlooking the main pool. I even had my own private swimming pool just off my room! Newer rooms with beautiful bathroom and walk in shower! Great restaurant overlooking the ocean and a very well maintained beach, featuring horseback riding, fishing, catamaran rides, etc. I highly recommend this place and I know I will be back to this place again!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #puravida

This was our 10th stay at Hotel Tamarindo Diria and as usual it was fantastic. The staff was terrific, so professional, efficient and friendly. The food was wonderful. The property is always well manicured. I always recommend The Diria to anyone staying in Tamarindo. We look forward to our stay next year!

I love the hotel; it's beautiful, the service is exceptional, the cleanliness is perfect, everyone is very friendly, and the breakfast is amazing. But I'm not giving it 5 stars because the restaurant is terrible, and the only good thing about the Italian restaurant is the pizza.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Tamarindo Diria! Great location on the beach and walkable to everything. Nice amenities and friendly staff. Good restaurants and amazing breakfast Buffett daily with beautiful views. A great way to start every morning. Be sure to check out the large pool across the street, we almost missed it (our fault, not hotel). Feel like the hotel should provide lounge chairs on the beach (they provide them in grassy area) and shouldn’t be another $30 or so daily paid to third party. But, overall very happy with hotel and recommend.
