A table with its four chairs makes up the dining area. The living room, overlooking the balcony, welcomes you with its two lovely rattan armchairs and its sofa bed for two people. The other sleeping arrangement is found in a bedroom with a double bed and storage spaces. Finally, a bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet complete the layout of this newly renovated apartment.
This flat does not have a washing machine, but a launderette is located 150 m from the residence. Parking is public and free, and you have an electric vehicle charging point at the foot of the residence. To make the most of the residence's facilities, you will find bowls balls and a set of 7 golf clubs.
