Great stay.

Room was not cleaned, but we were immediately moved to other room with apology and a bonus Prosecco, so stylish fix. Breakfast was average, but hotel was full s lots of pressure eon young girls managing it.

Very close to the historic Tallinn Old Town area, with lots of shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights for photos. Good breakfast, and a wonderful "living room" area as you entered the section of the hotel near our room, with a coffee machine and a dangerously good bowl of chocolates that were replenished throughout the day. Best of all - the bed was SO comfortable, even the roll-away bed for our son was much better than in the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Only thing missing - usb ports for charging phones, etc. Better amenities than the attached Hotel Viru (they share a lobby).

Great location and service

We stayed here for 10 days over the New Year and had a lovely time. Amazing location right opposite old town. You have a lounge to chill in with free coffee and biscuits and Estonia Sweets and it was a great hotel

Very comfortable room in a hotel close to old town

Very good room, close to old town. Comfortable bed, coffe, water and snacks on tap, were very welcome. Breakfast was ok but could be better but where it was served was very nice. What let it down were room with no view and the lack of a decent restaurant on site. The main one was closed for renovation and the other was closed for Caberet performance or other events. The hotel shares a reception with the much larger sister hotel. This was very busy at times and distracted from the expected relaxing facilities of a smaller hotel. Overall good but could have been better. Staff encountered were very helpful specifically the reception people.

Home away from home

Great rooms, spacious and modern all with a Nespresso machine. Modern lounge on each floor with coffee, tea and water, a big screen and magazines. Lovely staff, efficient and helpful. This is a very safe hotel for women travelling alone. I loved it!

This is a great place to stay

I'll keep it pretty short and to the point. The hotel is attached to the Original Viru hotel. The room featured one of the most comfortable beds I think I've ever slept on in my years of traveling. The room was clean and well stocked. There is free water bottles (which are replenished daily) if you want those, or you can purchase other items from the mini bar (although that will cost you... 2 euros for a can of coke is pricey). I didn't get a chance to use the saunas or pool, but they looked fine. The staff speaks good English and is very knowledgeable about the city and is very accommodating and helpful. There's a lounge for Estoria guests with water, candy, and an espresso machine that is free for charge that has nice, modern furnishings and is a great place to read or play dominos or chess. There is a shopping center attached to the complex as well as a couple of restaurants. It's within 1 km of almost all the major sites and attractions in Tallinn. You can easily walk to them all (I did), however there is a light rail and bus that stops in front (or nearby) if you want to venture further out. With Tallinn Card, you get unlimited public transit rides for no charge and free access to over 40 attractions. There is an INCLUDED free breakfast buffet, which, by the way, is excellent. It's a proper breakfast, not rolls and juice. There's fresh eggs, bacon, vegetables, potatos, bread, cheese... the works. Overall, it was a great stay. I very much recommend it.

Great choice in Tallinn

Great hotel, right by the infamous Hotel Viru (first skyscraper in Estonia and first hotel open to foreigners in the 1970s). Colorful rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. 5-min walk to the old town.

This hotel location is very good. It takes 5min to old town from this hotel. The room is very modern & comfortable. There are tea lounge on 8th floor. The staff services is very kind especially at the breakfast restaurant.

Great hotel just a bit more attention to detail

Great breakfast. Great room but maid service a bit lax. Area around sink not cleaned for 3 days for example and carpet not always vacuumed. Several days the duvet was pulled up but pillows not even straightened! Shower toiletries not replaced when used nor tissues.

Excellent location, central but so quiet. Spacious room, huge bed, and little extras like water, chocolates and coffee machine. Much quieter than its neighbour the Original Viru hotel, which has tour groups and is very big.
