Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please load/run the dishwasher, take out the trash (black trash can on east side of house), strip used beds and put linens/towels in the hamper in the laundry room (if bed was not used, leave as is!)
If you use the grill, PLEASE clean it afterwards so it is clean and usable for the next guest! There is a safe grill brush underneath the grill.
Please lock the front door and exit via the side door, locking the door using the code issued upon check-in.

The home very comfortably fit our group of 6. Very clean, perfectly decorated, and well appointed with comfortable beds, soft bed linens, high end kitchen equipment and appliances, comfortable living area, large TV, and a large, round dining table perfect for visiting during a meal. Host provided lots of extras to make stay comfortable and was an excellent communicator. We spent lots of time on the two expansive porches. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to a neighborhood park with a basketball court and playground. The location seemed to be 15 minutes or less to everything. Walking distance (.2 miles) to a Whole Foods and shopping! We were there to tour FSU, but would have been happy to come just to stay at the house!

This property is absolutely STUNNING!!! The host made available everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen area is a great space for friends and family to gather, and the bedrooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated! There is a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, a BODYWASH/shampoo/conditioner DISPENSER in the bathrooms, and cell phone charging stations in all of the bedrooms!!! The check-in process was super easy, and the host is just a chat message away! My friends and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this property!!! We will definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself! I thought about not writing this review...wanting to make sure this lovely property is available when I need it next, but I won't be selfish!:)

We absolutely loved Joseph’s home! It’s definitely one of our favorite vacation homes. The house is beautifully designed, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Its perfect location in a charming neighborhood added to the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed family time on the front and side porches. The beds were comfy and the home was well stocked with everything we needed from linens to kitchen essentials. Looking forward to booking again with Joseph!
