Excellent location - across the street from Taipei Main Station and easily accessed through Exits Z2 and Z4. The reception is on the 11th Floor of the building next to Mitsukoshi Department Store. The hotel does not officially provide breakfast but there is a large communal area behind the hotel reception with free access to coffee machines, juice/tea dispensers, washing machines and dryers, places to sit and have breakfast. This area closes at 10 pm at night. In the morning, bread (sliced/rolls) and jam are provided but you need to help yourself. This is a bonus because I was not expecting to have any breakfast provided and the coffee from the machine was pretty good. One criticism is that the lifts are rather slow.
We stayed here for just a night before heading to Sun Moon Lake. The hotel is near to the Taipei main station which is just 5min walk. It is situated above a office building which is a bit hard to find. The hotel is new with unlimited supply of bread and coffee. They have laundry service as well with about 5 washing machines and dryers. Breakfast is not include but it’s fine as there is plenty of food nearby. Will definitely come back next time
I stayed at Taipei AP H Imperial for four nights in September with two my friends and let me tell you, Taipei AP H Imperial has it all. Perfect location, wonderful staff, great food around, and the hotel itself has a luxurious vibe that makes you miss it when you’re. I can’t wait to stay their again. I’d like to quickly thank To receptionist working on 4/9/19 working on afternoon shif (pm) who give us the best room and the rest of the staff for making my stay so perfect. You guys are awesome!
Great hotel for families, everything is very centrally located and the hotel staff are both friendly and helpful. The all day coffee and tea are a real bonus and the laundry facilities are great for families. The rooms are a reasonable size and there is a large courtyard to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel!
Check in - The biggest turnoff of our stay. We checked in quite late at night and the staff told our group that we would have to move rooms the afternoon of the next day. Told us they would give us a room for the night but it’s gonna be downgraded because our supposed rooms currently had occupants. And yes we did confirm our booking beforehand. We insisted to have our rooms until the end of our stay because we were booked with tours but they were rude and unprofessional in responding. The next day, we told them we were moving rooms, and they acted like they completely forgot what happened the night before. Food - No vending machines whatsoever, and breakfast only consists of stale white bread and some coffee. Ambience and rooms - I personally felt unsafe walking the long and dark corridors, like someone could just grab me any time. Our companions’ room could not be locked properly. The outside area was okay but it was always crowded. You would also have to line up for the elevators for quite some time. Location - The only good thing about this place. Right in front of the Taipei Main Station. Right beside shopping malls and restaurants.
Very central location, just take Z4 exit from Taipei main station. The lobby is on 11th floor. The room is nice eventhough is quite small. Clean and friendly front desk. Free laundry as well. Free to have plain bread with jam at anytime.
The location of this hotel is amazing, as it is opposite to Taipei Main Station and conveniently next to many stores, malls and eateries. The only downside of this hotel are the sizes of the rooms; there isn’t a lot of space for luggages. We stayed there for a total of 5 nights. The laundry system was quite generous as free laundry detergent was provided for the first few days. However, that benefit was soon removed after a couple of days and guests needed to buy a small pack from the front desk. Albeit, the pack was quite cheap and the decision was probably made due to the over-usage of detergent from other guests. Our experience was quite good overall, and we would consider coming back on our next visit.
Perfectly situated across Taipei Main Station. Has convenience store on the first floor, and other restaurants in the building. Breakfast is ok, bread and jams. juice and coffee. Staff was great. they are also open even at 2am. housekeeping everyday. only down side was the bathroom since it was glass. but everything is really good and will surely go back to this hotel
Stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Have a good experience, all the staff very friendly & helpful. The location nearby Taipei Main station, so you could go anywhere with several option (train, THSR, and bus). They only serve free coffee & bread for breakfast, because they don’t have any kitchen, but downstairs you will find familymart so you don’t have to worry. If in the middle of the night you’re starving, there’s 24 hour McDonalds. This hotel give free laundry self service. Perfect to stay in the middle of taipei 👌👌👌
Breakfast only has coffee and bread. Nothing else. The air conditioning was impossible to close at night. Also the room had no window. Avoid this hotel. Plenty of other options available. Expensive hotel.
