I mistakenly selected an accessible room because it was the last one available. The room is big but all at the hallway which is useless. Surprisingly, there is a very big bathroom but without any washing basin table top so all your washing stuff must be put outside the room. The only washing basin is very small which can be used only for washing your hands and withouy hot water supply.
Furthermore, the male staff at the front desk were impolite, cool, irresponsible and without any customer care. On 28/12/2025, there happepened an earthquake on our last night stay. Then, a lot of tourists escaped to the lobby but the male staff just sitting behind the front desk looking at their monitors showing no concern or care to customers who were scared after the earthquake.
Overall, those two staff are lack of customer concern and not approprite for working in hotel industries.
