LOVE Hotel, noisy not too friendly staff. Couldn't find the reservation. Different platform. # not matched. Created a problem. Not recommended! Haha...I paid beforehand but did not feel welcome and polite. Hated the process and Hotels online records. What happens?

Nice cozy hotel with bath tube in bathroom

I like style of room and hotel. Room has very nice bathroom with bath tube. Room looks exactly like on photo on Hotels.com website. The only thing which i didn’t like that I should leave key at reception anytime when I was leaving hotel. Location was good. Very close to MRT station. Closest 7-11 was around a minute walk. At the beginning it was bit hard to find a hotel. But not impossible. If u follow Google Maps u will find it.

I have stayed in this hotel few times so far due to the connivence of location for the past years and great breakfast . However, the hotel does not care about their non smoke clients nor do they clean the room after the smoker clients either😡😡😡 When you mention to the front desk ,instead of clean the room for you, they have the room window wild open all day but clean the room😱😱😱

Could of been much better

Bed was very uncomfortable. Restroom shower water wets the whole bathroom floor, had to always request for extra towels. Service was great. Breakfast was great. Could improve just by a better bed. They stopped providing bed sheet for several days...not sure why.

Within 5 mins walking distance to Fuzhong MRT.

Booked 1 triple and 1 twin room. Overall experience was good. The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast although not much variety but the food is clean. The only discomfort is 1) triple room shower there is no shower curtain, so after shower the whole toilet floor will be very wet. It will be slippery & dangerous. 2) quite a number of those "hourly guests " checked into this hotel. Vicinity there are many shops like 7-eleven, McDonald's, Cake shops, cafes, Nanya Nite Mkt, etc. The location is very convenient.

Many shops,friendly staff,clean and comfort.near many restaurant too.unfortunately, the corridor smell cigarette. Hope next time can improve the rule for not smoking in rooms.

We stay 2 nights then 8 nights at this hotel. Front desk clerks friendly. clean. 3 minutes walk to MRT. First 10 pages print is free of charge at its business center. Laundry machine and dryer are free to use. free wifi. spa bathtub for the 1st 2 nights. massage chair. free ride from bus station (from airport we ride bus) to hotel. breakfast is ok. Very strong smoke smell. We killed 3 mosquitoes during the 8 nights stay. no shower curtain. We did not get free ride to airport because we book via hotel.com not directly via this hotel even we stayed more than 7 nights.

Good Location

It was much better than I expected. Hotel is located in the good palace, very close to subway station. There are 2 convenient stores near by the hotel and also super market. Morning food is not bad. Although staff cant speak fluent English, but they are friendly and helpful.
