There was an issue with the amount charged. Refund took a few days. But the hotel personnel were very helpful. They said that it was due to wrong information from hotels.com. Whatever it is, it was a distressing situation. Else, it was a nice hotel. It is however located in a quiet alley. It could be quite scary if you are arriving late at night.

We booked this hotel beacause it is close to the train station and offers free washing machines. The washers are combo washer/dryer. But the clothes wont dry up even after 2 hours of drying. The staffs are very friendly. They offered to help us monitor the laundry for another 3 hours while we go tour Taichung. But we end up bringing the wet clothes to a nearby coin laundry service.

The location is very good, walkable to some tourist spot, shopping mall and Central Station . Front desk staff very helpful. I am a backpack traveler stayed in the dorm , the room is spacious with locker , but the bunk bed design is very bad, shaky , very hard to grip and climb, I almost slipped and fell .

그냥 깔끔하지만 깨끗하다는 생각은 안들음. 그래도 로비, 엘레베이터는 깨끗하고 로비가 항상 밝아서 좋았음 수압 좋고, 타이중역 가까워서 접근성 좋음. 근처에 편의점 있어서 좋았고 라라포트까지 걸어갈 수 있다.
