Room was nice and breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices. Convenient location for shopping and restaurant choices. Hotel staff friendly. Beware though, the hotel will allow you to choose to upgrade your room for a higher price for a mountain view room. We paid the extra and were not given a view room. Our view was of the top of the surrounding buildings, no mountain... When I complained to the hotel staff on checkout, I was told to get ahold of Expedia since we paid through them and a staff member told me that, honestly, unless you are on the top floor in room 529 or higher, there is no mountain view. We were placed on floor 3. How dishonest of a money grab is that??? I got ahold of Expedia & they did credit me the extra $$$ toward another stay which was nice they tried to take care of us. Thanks Expedia! The hotel not so much. I would stay there again but would not pay the upcharge for the mountain view room. I think it's a way to rake in extra money, very dishonest!!!!

The employee at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate our needs and get us transferred to a room that was wheelchair accessible. We appreciated her so much. That might seem like it’s not a big deal, but to us it was everything!

Place is clean, great people, quit, nice, good prices, only thing that there was other guests that was parking at the Tesla charging stations, when there cars wasn’t e vehicles. Other than that, I would stay there again A++++++

The room was huge with a beautiful Mountain View. The breakfast was well stocked and many options. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. The location is perfect close to everything but tucked away from any noise you’d expect. Thanks to the amazing staff, we will be back!

The guy working the front desk was amazing. He made me feel welcomed when I walked through those doors. I love how clean and spacious the room was. I’ve paid way more and received a lot less from many places. This will be my place to stay every time I’m in the Tacoma area.
