Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay with 3 generations. The location is perfect, views are stunning. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. We enjoyed nearby hiking, spent time in Rocky Mountain National Park, and rented a pontoon on Lake Granby. The kids absolutely loved the alpine slide and summer activities at nearby Winter Park resort as well. Highly recommend!

What a view!

First, it is a beautiful house. 3 King bedrooms, living room, rec room, and hot tub!They have a corn hole set you can use. You have an infant - no problem. They have a high chair, pack-n-play and baby gates. Awesome house!

Beautiful house and amazing views!

The house we stayed in was amazing and very tiny we wanted in a ski town. Amazing views. Close to ski resort. Beautiful fireplace. Really the best part of the trip was how accommodating and responsive the host was! Every time I have a question, she answered promptly and made it so easy to stay!

Christmas retreat!

My family and I booked this place with my best friend and his family and we have nothing but GLOWING things to say about this place! Literally everything was immaculate, loads of entertainment was provided at the home, huge kitchen table for gatherings and games, insane kitchen fully stocked, the hot tub was incredible with the view, the views in general of the home were to die for, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very luxurious. Denise was very accommodating and made my dream come true of spending Christmas with all my loved ones come true! We tried to leave it better than we found it and plan to be return customers! The coolest chalet EVER.

Idyllic home for family vacation

We rented this spectacular home for a 1-week vacation to celebrate our special anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Its location in Granby Ranch was perfect, with eye-popping Mountain View’s, a community swimming pool, 3 primary bedroom suites and a bunk bed loft fit for older children. The house was equipped with kid-friendly games, 2 family rooms and ample upscale bathrooms. The home’s proximity was perfect - about 20-30 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Winter Park, all with fun activities for young and old. We would definitely recommend this gorgeous rental property!

We absolutely LOVED this property for our family ! Ski in ski out was awesome! My only suggestion is to provide more towels. Just didn’t have enough for each room! Perfect in every other way ! We purchased a new saucepan as well and left it with the house! Thannks again!

Incredible Home and Views

We had a wonderful week at this home! The house is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully equipped... we have never stayed anywhere with so many conveniences already in the home to get us started (coffee, condiments, spices, shower soaps, etc), such a nice touch to make us feel at home! The views from this property are amazing and location to Granby Ranch is great! Be ready to shovel the drive way to get it out if you're bringing a car... something us Texans weren't prepared for! We highly recommend this property, you will love it!

Wonderful Week!

This property definitely lived up to the description "Colorado's coolest ski in/ski out home..." Well appointed, comfortables with beautiful views. Spent a beautiful fall week with our family...so much to do in the Granby area...spent a couple of days at Rocky Mountain National Park & rented a pontoon boat on Granby Lake. Denise was a delight to work with...highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

The house was both beautiful and comfortable. The views were incredible. There was more than enough room for our group of six adults and three kids. The location is perfect - so many things to do. We visited RMNP, Grand Lake, and Winter Park (alpine slide) - there was even a music festival and mountain biking right in the neighborhood. Denise was fantastic to communicate with and offered us some great suggestions of things to do with the kids. We highly recommend this listing!

Hands down the best stay we have ever had!

We have rented from VRBO members over the last 10 years and can honestly say we had the best experience ever during our last stay at this property! As the property profile shows, this is the World's Coolest Ski in/Ski out property in more ways than one! While this was our first summer trip to Granby, we have stayed in many different homes and Condos over the years and none even come close to this home! Beginning with the communication, Denise (and Rick) are very responsive and hands on owners. They provide a wealth of knowledge prior to your stay and yet they leave you alone to enjoy their beautiful home! At the same time, any time we had a question, Denise was very quick to respond almost within seconds of our inquiry. The home itself is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The glass windows in the master bedroom allow for viewing of the stars at night and watching the sun rise in the AM (if you allow the blinds to be open :) The downstairs bedrooms are almost as big as spacious allowing all guests to feel they have their own 'master' bedroom. The kitchen was absolutely amazing and make cooking every meal enjoyable for the whole family! Typically we are a family who enjoys eating out on vacation but even my boys would agree, this kitchen made it more enjoyable to eat at home. We still can't get over how cool the home stayed in August in Colorado without air-conditioning. Even as the days got above 80 degrees, the house somehow was designed to stay cool with the thermostat never getting higher than 72 inside. The SONOS speakers throughout the house was a pleasant surprise! Someone could be listening to their choice of music while enjoying the hot tub downstairs, while someone else was in the master bedroom upstairs getting ready listening to their music and the two never competed. Each member of my family commented at some point during our trip that this was the greatest vacation we have ever taken as family and this was in large part due to the generosity of Denise and Rick opening their home to us. We plan to come back next year and if I have my way, we will enjoy both Winter and Summer here! Thank you, Mark

Fantastic Property Great Location

The house was wondering and easily accommodated our 10 guests. We thought the location was ideal for activities in the area with great access to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. The views were outstanding and the amenities at the base lodge were excellent (mountain biking rentals, pool, dining).

The views from the place were amazing. The house was well stocked with everything you needed. Denise the Manager was very responsive and had someone there early to shovel the driveway to make sure we could get out. I would recommend this place and would rent it again!

What a view, what a house!

Had high expectations for our ski house rental and we were NOT disappointed! The pictures of the house are spot on. Spectacular views from the great-room, kitchen, deck and master bedroom. Three bedrooms have attached baths, with the fourth bedroom using a separate bath. All were very clean and very nicely appointed. The kitchen was wonderful, 6 burner with built in griddle, double oven is the center piece. All the utensils, pots and pans you could use. Variety of small appliances as well. The kitchen is attached to the great room, so everyone can be involved. Large wood burning fireplace in the great room, it’s a second gas fireplace in the lower level family room. Huge smart TV in the family room as well. We loved the hot tub, very private, with room for four adults. A short walk to the end of the block brings you to a ski run. Loved the house and the communication with Denise was super fast and easy. I could not recommend this property more highly.
