The detached holiday home built in 1988, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a holiday home settlement. Also due to its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The property is not closed with a fence from one side. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
