Not happy with our visit. The staff were nice but the key machine was broken so the maintenance guy had to let us in to our rooms. The elevator was broken. The lobby was nice but our rooms were in need of repairs. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the hair dryer was falling off of the wall, there were cobwebs, trash in the hallways, some of the hallways smelled musty. There was only 1 location for the vending machines and it wouldn’t take dollar bills! We had booked 3 rooms but hey only had 2 for us ( though may be an Orbitz problem). Not worth what we paid!
A/c didn’t work at check in. Would not move me even though I had done nothing more than walk in to 82 degrees and A/c that didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Hall was terrible noisy with running and yelling until after 11. I had to walk through a domestic dispute while unloading. Sketchy people hanging around the lot. Finally was able to move the next day to another room that was not a suite but the A/c worked. Both beds were just awful and bed frames broken, dirty carpet. But The a/c and fridge worked. The whole property was run down, leaky ceilings, disgusting filth on the outside walls. This was once a nice place, but sure isn’t worthy of the Ramada or Wyndham name now. I was told by local law enforcement that this is a known crime area due to its location and often criminal elements book the hotel for parties on the weekends. Resulting in more criminal activity. Don’t book here, there are many options around. I can’t say enough bad about the place. I will say the few employees I spoke with were nice.
Absolutely terrible. Not a pleasant stay at all. No soap in the bathroom, tried to call to the front desk to ask for some to be brought up and there was no cord on the phone. The "non smoking" hotel constantly smelled like weed. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Everything just seemed dirty, water stains or mildew in the bathroom, paint chipped throughout the room. There were cops on the premise when we checked in, and there 2 more times during our one night stay !! I waited for 20 minutes at the front desk to check out because it seemed like there were no workers to be found anywhere! Extremely disappointed.
This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in a while. I was traveling with kids and chose this hotel for the breakfast, pool and fitness center. I expected higher standards from a Ramada. First, my room was not ready at check in. Air conditioning broke the first night. Pool area was dirty, used towels were all over the floor and chairs, something dripping from the ceiling INTO the pool, potent chlorine smell. Treadmill in fitness center was broken. Carpets in the hallways were old and dirty. Free breakfast was terrible...stale donuts, rotten milk and the area was not serviced regularly. The doorknobs and locks were old and shakey. It felt like no one was running this place. I wanted to complain at check out but the front desk just took my room key and didn't even ask me how my stay was. Very disappointing.
It is close to the airport. The full breakfast buffet had a good variety of offerings. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was nice to walk in too..The staff was very friendly....no onto what I didn't like..1st: our room was next to. The pool. Which was awful. Cculdnt open curtain, and at 8am all you heard from yelling and so much noise. You couldn't sleep...so 2nd: we ordered food after 8pm which was awful,, I ordered. A steak sub. And it was horrible. It was hard looked like beef jerky!! Couldn't even eat it! 3rd: The air conditioner. Was so old and want even cold, the room was stuffy making it hard. To sleep..4th: The next morning went to breakfast. And They had no coffee, which. They should always. Have. And they had bagels but no cream cheese! Oh and lastly the laundry room only had 1 washer. And 1. Dryer. For whole. Hotel and the dryer. Didn't dry your clothes, ,took. 3 times to dry your clothes..so no I didn't enjoy my stay and we want ever stay again!
I don't want to scare any one most issues were taken care of.
i arrived way past midnight and the hotel was kind enough to "roll over" - that is, I got to stay for 1.5 nights.
place is ok. would hope to have a more fresher and updated look
