Inside the villa, you can park your car. Is 120/150 mt from the sea, beach and reef and is a great place for a relaxing holiday where one can find the natural rhythms being an area free from exploitation and economic interests.
Ideally optimal starting point for a holiday that can be alternated with visits to the beautiful city and the surrounding villages: Noto the rock garden with its baroque, Avola with its lakes and the capital of almond and its derivatives, Palazzolo Acreide with the greek theater, Sortino with its Necropolis Erbesso Pantalica and cities of honey and other places of outstanding scenic beauty as Vendicari, Cala Flies and Cava Grande di Cassibile but especially the crystal clear sea with golden sand bordering the cliff plemmirio nature reserve where you can enjoy the waters and the fish like a documentary.

Un accueil chaleureux et un grand espace

Les propriétaires sont très agréables et toujours arrangeants. La location comprend un rez de chaussée d une grande maison avec des terrasses tout au tour et une place pour la voiture de location dans le jardin fermé. L emplacement est idéale pour visiter toute la région de taormina à ragusa. Ne pas hésiter.

casa spaziosa e ariosa ma con qualche difetto

Cominciamo dai lati positivi. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro nelle nostre esigenze personali legate a ragioni di salute. L'appartamento del primo piano è molto spazioso: c'è una grande sala con ampio angolo cottura, due camere da letto e due bagni. Su 3 lati della casa si sviluppa una grande terrazza, dove si può mangiare all'aperto. Le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere. Però ci sono un po' di difettucci e alcune cose non corrispondenti con quanto dichiarato nell'offerta. Ad esempio, viene dichiarata la presenza di quattro bagni di cui due con doccia. Peccato che due bagni si trovino nell'appartamento di sotto e quindi non siano fruibili. Non che servano due bagni in più, ma perché metterli nell'annuncio? La cena fredda di benvenuto, prevista nell'annuncio non c'è stata. Uno dei due bagni ha la porta che non chiude bene, il frigorifero va chiuso a spallate se no si riapre e il colapiatti è incrostato di ruggine. Non abbiamo trovato i letti fatti, ma la biancheria era appoggiata sul letto. Nè la biancheria da letto , nè quella da bagno sono state cambiate in due settimane. C'era a disposizione una lavatrice e quindi bisognava arrangiarsi. Per la biancheria da bagno può anche andar bene, per quella da letto direi proprio di no. Detto questo la zona è abbastanza strategica per visitare luoghi di mare e di cultura bellissimi e quindi abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette très belle villa spacieuse avec jardin. Situation idéale dans un quartier résidentiel plutôt calme à 5/10mn de la plage à pied et à 10/15mn de Siracuse en voiture. Nous avons surtout apprécié l'accueil et la convivialité des propriétaires. Encore merci Fiorella et Salvatore pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse.

Relaxed autumn

We spent a nice time at this villa, closed to a calm beach at this time, for a good price. The owners are very friendly and well informed. The home is clean with a lot of space and exactly all is there as written. Syracuse is close, by car some minutes away and very charming. We found what we expected, thanks a lot for the confidence.
