Totally renovated apartment, with contemporary decor while maintaining the details of the construction period, dating back to the end of the 19th century, where I can still admire stone details and niches with Gothic style arches. Equipped with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, large family room with double bed and double sofa bed, kitchen-living room, another bathroom and study, for a total of 7 beds. The setting is two balconies furnished with tables and chairs, where you can see, sideways, the splendid sea of Ortigia, overlooking the "Cala Rossa" beach. This apartment is ideal for large families or groups of friends, who want to spend their holiday together but without giving up the comfort and privacy that only the spaces of this wonderful holiday home can offer. Services: The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, air conditioning, flat screen TV or smart TV, Wi-Fi internet.

Great apartment in a great location

After staying in some pretty small apartments on our trip to Italy, it was so nice to be able to spread out in this beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious, cool, and centrally located, this was one of the best places we stayed on our three week trip. Truly outstanding!
