This bright and friendly semi-detached house is located in Boy Truels Street in the north of Westerland. The beach is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Sylt air. The center is not much further. The sitting area in the garden with beach chair and garden furniture will make you wonderful hours on your vacation. A free parking is located directly at the house on the roadside.
3 room apartment:
A bright living room with sofa and flat screen TV is the focal point of the apartment. Wifi for free use is a matter of course. Separate kitchen equipped with dining area, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and utensils for daily needs. Upstairs, a bedroom with new furniture invites you to a good night's sleep. A double bed 180x200m open foot, bedside table, reading lamps, couch, wardrobe for plenty of storage space. A second bedroom with 2 single beds The linen initials with linen and towels is provided for you. Also upstairs a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and outside window. An additional toilet is available on the ground floor. The seating area in the garden with high-quality garden furniture and Sylter beach chair is ideal for a cozy breakfast or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. Vom Muscheltopf bis zum Eierpfännchen ist alles vorhanden
Geräumiges Eckhaus in ruhiger Lage. Für Erwachsene gut zu Fuß erreichbar von den Innerstadt. Wunderbare Betten in beiden Schlafzimmer. Beim Bezug des Hauses war alles bereit.

Sehr gute Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend von Westerland und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Gehminuten in der Ortsmitte. Auch nach Wenningstedt sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Das Haus ist im Großen und Ganzen ausreichend geräumig, bis auf das zweite „Schlafzimmer“. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen ca 7 Quadratmeter großen Raum mit einem 70 cm breiten Bett und einem sehr unbequemen Bettsofa. Auch einen Kleiderschrank vermisst man hier leider ( würde auch gar nicht mehr in das Zimmer passen). Hier wäre es sicherlich ehrlicher dieses Zimmer als Einzelzimmer auszustatten. Für vier erwachsene Personen ist die Bettensituation leider sehr ungeeignet. Obwohl wir nach der zweiten Nacht entdeckt haben, dass das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sich zum Doppelbett ausziehen lässt, welches wir dann auch genutzt haben, würde ich das Haus für vier Personen nicht noch mal mieten. Einrichtung ist sicherlich Geschmacksache, aber die Küchenausstattung hätte schon etwas einheitlicher und umfangreicher sein dürfen. Trotzdem haben wir hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht wozu sicherlich auch der Garten mit Strandkorb beigetragen hat.
