Confusing relation between hotel and adjacent Club Central. Parking entrance leads first to level B1 but if you park there you can not get to the hotel, only to the Club. Staff at Above 8 Restaurant excellent. Desk staff very variable. They don’t tell you right away that you can join Club Central for like 2 weeks for $2 plus dollars and get discount off food and drink. Why not have a little 1 page handout at checkin that explains the parking and club etc. would have rated higher

I loved this property, close to trains to the city, close to Westfield, staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast bar is a great idea. Great to have parking, entrance was a little confusion, but overall very modern facilities.
