You will have the entire home and garage (not shared).Please treat this place as your home during your stay.
Feel free to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, use the refrigerator to cool your beverages, and use the washing machine when your clothes are exhausted.

Please make sure music is kept at a reasonable level and quiet after 10pm is not allowed.
Please be mindful to dispose of your dirty dishes.
Please make sure all lights, heaters, fans, and air conditioning are turned off.

Other things to note
There is no antenna installed because my neighbour said that the signal in our area is extremely weak and unstable. The TV is a smart tv and it connects to the wifi, so you can watch stream TV program via downloading the app.


= Rubbish Collection Day =
You will have to take the bins out to the kerbside on Tuesday for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in.

= Food Safety =
For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own.

= COVID-19 SANITIZATION =
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
