The property was fine, as a matter of fact, I will stay there each time I am in Sydney. I lived in America for the last 41 years and found the Capsule Hotel is a great stop at a great price to get over jet lag. The kitchenette is fine with enough amenities to satisfy anyone whether just to make a cup of FREE coffee or cook up a small meal. There is an outside area where you could chat over coffee or eat a meal. Only one problem I see(or felt) is when there are a couple of people in the capsule above, and a little over amourous there is a little too much movement to sleep too much.....need to tighten the screws.

Absolutely terrible experience, don't stay here if you want to sleep. The fire alarm went off. Place is built with plastic. Faulty beds and people complaining all night.

A small step up from hostels - get a space to yourself but communal bathrooms and kitchen/lounge area. For the price it's great and prefer over hostels if on a budget. The capsules themselves are a bit loud (creaky) - you can hear when people get in and out of theirs if in the same area. If you're a light sleeper suggest earplugs because you never know what time people are going in and out. There are 2 usb ports which work without the "room" key and a power outlet which needs the key. Beds are firm but comfortable.
