Unpleasant experience

Unfortunately the unit is situated on the ground floor and surrounded by other short term leasing units with guest coming and going late at night and early mornings. The unit above had a number of different people staying and the stomping of feet could be heard at all hours. On one occasion I was woken by the sound of a vacuum cleaner at 11.30pm in the room above my bedroom. Another night there was noisy chattering until 1 am in the morning. On another issue, I received an email in the day of checking into the property advising me the microwave was not functioning. A couple of days later someone attended the property to confirm the microwave was not working and needed replacing. After several phone calls and emails from me about my need for the microwave to be functional for the preparation meals I brought with me, nothing was done. I spent the whole stay (10 days) with no microwave. It was a terrible experience and I will not be booking through stayz again - sorry.

Sydney getaway

Had a great time. While the apartment was good the neighbours were very loud during the night. We were given the wrong code to get our keys so after a 6 1/2 hour drive had to sit on the phone and wait for a new code. Then internet password was incorrect and needed to call again for the right password. The location was awesome 1 min walk to train station so very convenient didn’t need to take the car any where. Would definitely stay here again but would hope the information given for check in was correct next time.
