Set near the heart of Edgecliff, in a classic character filled Art-Deco building, our light-filled and spacious 2 Bedroom apartment has everything you need for an ideal Sydney stay.
Complete with a mixture of modern and mid century furnishings, we have soaring high ceilings with a large open living area and a seperate dining room surrounding by tall windows with leafy outlooks.
The 2 Bedrooms are generously proportioned and we also have a fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry available.

The Space:
This is a quiet and tranquil space, located close to the inner city/CBD and also to the Eastern Suburbs. We are walking distance to many of Sydney's highlights and also has a convenient train station and shopping centre nearby.
The apartment itself is classically designed with the 2 spacious bedrooms separated by the bathroom, with the kitchen in the next room followed by the large living areas at the back of the apartment.
Please note this is a heritage building with no internal lift and stair access only to our quiet top floor (3rd level) apartment.
Please also note there is only street parking available in surrounding streets.

This space is perfect for quiet getaways, family trips or business travel. It’s a tranquil retreat designed for relaxation and peaceful enjoyment. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, please understand that this space is not suitable for parties or social gatherings.

Random commenst: Spacious size old style 2 large queen or double Bedr aptmt 100m up hill and one busy road crossing from Edgecliff station/shopping centre. Two flights of stairs up to the aptmt, no lifts. Large lounge and separate dining rm with tree views. Good sized kitchen with stocked espresso machine, m/wave, gas cooktop, oven, F/Ldg washing machine. A few extras in the cupboard - olive,oil, S&P, condiments, spreads, sugar, cereal etc Byo milk and food items Heating is by 3 portable dyson filter units which do the job well in winter, though some fan noise in bedroom, if req there. TV uses apps/internet. No direct free to air channels so must use tv apps. Use of Youtube, sbs O/D, iView or 7+ etc is best if you can log in or link via your matching phone app. Neighbours are quiet. The one bathroom, toilet is old but quite functional. Sleeps two couples. Easy access to CBD in two train stops. Two trains/6 stops from domestic airport I would book again. Walkable sights in the locale
