I had Internet only in the first day of my stay. After that, login and passwords were of no use, since the window to fill them wouldn't open. The hotel didn't fix it before I departed. I stayed for three days.

Once you have arrived the location in great however getting there with all the street changes in Sydney is very frustrating as the navigation system doesn't allow for all the construction. Really good parking stations nearby with 2m clearance $30 for 24hrs weekends. Originally allocated floor 8 room 3 - the noise from the lift was impossibly loud. We were moved to floor 8-12. Fantastic. BEAUTIFUL views and photos from the pool roof level GOOD VALUE @ $139 weekend stay COFFEE CLUB downstairs and convenience stores nearby.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. The room had all the basic needs. Motel was in a prime location. Price was the best in the area. 24hr reception. Wish they had 2 bedside tables. This review took so long to write because I needed too many characters. Thank you!!

Staying here as part of a 'on the cheap' work conference, and it is what it is. Some initial issues checking in on a Sunday - wifi was broken and wouldn't be fixed until sometime this week, and after about 30 minutes in my room the power went out. When I called reception, I was told no maintenance on the weekend so had to pack everything up and head down to reception to get a new room key. To their credit, they offered to help me move everything so can't gripe too much. The rooms themselves are...a bit tired and need a refresh. Marks on the doors, tv cuts in and out (in both rooms). The good news - the shower is nice and hot and decent enough pressure and the bed is very comfortable. Also huge rooftop area with a swimming pool which I'm sure in summer is used by many. Being the middle of winter - it's nice and quiet and private, and great views. It's a budget motel so one can't complain too much. Right next to Hyde Park and it calls itself a motel when you're there so if you expect the Hilton, well it's just around the corner.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was, what I considered reasonable value for money. On this occasion we had to travel to Sydney at short notice and paid $300 per night...... what a rip-off. The rooms are old and tired with no water pressure. I even found someone else's dirty sock behind the curtain. WiFi very poor quality.

Location is great. Very disappointed with twin share with hardly any room for 2 suitcases, had to close my suitcase to get to the bathroom or door. Bathrooms desperately need an upgrade. They charge $2 to store your bag on the day you are leaving. Free wifi is a joke - allocation 250mb each day, this was used up in less than an hour with one user only checking facebook. It cost another $20 to buy 700mb.

Very convenient in the heart of the city. Close to public transport. Saw Vivid catching the train from Town Hall to Circular Quay which was easy. A little noisy for sleeping but good value. Nice outlook up on the roof.

The Park Regis is centrally located in Sydney a 10 minute walk from Darling Harbour or a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Circular Quay. The property is in need of an upgrade, but the bathrooms are currently being refreshed. Don't expect a large 5 start room with all the bells and whistles, but do expect a bed to sleep in an excellant location for a good price.

Ok ... look it wasn't a great stay . I don't think I will be booking again at this hotel... the bed was so hard to Sleep on , the taps would make a loud sound when turned on . No room service is disappointing and no complimentary water

The stay was fairly average. There was little assistance with bags getting to and from my room when it was apparent I was struggling with the luggage. Fairly plain and basic. Was over priced due to demand in city that night. Would potentially stay again if prices were in the normal range.
