Location of apartment was completely different from one stated on website. There is no lobby and check in process was about as complicated as I have ever seen. Apartment name was different than stated on orbitz site which made finding it getting checked in a very complicated phone call email and texting process. Apartment was not even close to the photos advertised. Very dirty carpets and not enough sleeping spaces for the 6 people we had requested.

terrible check in process.
