Guest Access:
- To access the property, use the fob on the fob reader to the left of the main door. Go through the door but don’t use the lift. Take the door to the right into the car park. Walk towards the middle of the car park to the lift and take the lift to level 3 and find unit 53. You’ll have access to the entire property, so it will feel like your own home.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox located on the railings next to the car park entrance at the rear of the building.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.

- To access the on-site parking, you’ll need to enter from Centennial Lane at the rear of the building called Centennial Lane. The access drive has a left and right option. You need to drive down the steep right-hand slope. Through the shutter door using the remote control and drive.
- The on-site parking has a 1.9-meters height and a 2.11-meter width limit.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
- Guests may at times notice light ambient sounds from neighbouring units, which is characteristic of apartment buildings.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
