The apartment Ambria "Platan III" in Swinoujscie is very popular with our guests. It is located in a closed and guarded housing development called Platan Complex, built in 2010. This highly modern residential area in the spa district of Swinoujscie is surrounded by a large park with plane trees, hence the name of the settlement.

It is a very spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. This apartment by the sea also offers you a very nice balcony. Ideal for shorter and longer stays alike. Fully equipped. Its total area is 60 m2.

The German-Polish border crossing and the Baltic Sea are only 700 m away from the Ambria "Platan III" apartment. To the right of the housing estate where your apartment is located is the largest playground in Swinoujscie - loved by all children! You can also find shops like Biedronka and LIDL here. Adults can enjoy a cup of good coffee in a nearby café, while the children have fun in the covered playground. For travelers there is the UBB station that will take you to Germany.

Leider wurde/wird die Wohnung oben drüber renoviert, weshalb es permanent Geräusche gab und abends tobende Kinder.Die Betten und Kissen sind teilweise sehr hart, was für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen schwierig sein kann.Das Haus ist allgemein sehr hellhörig.Sonst war der Rest wirklich gut . Lage ist ideal. Agentur war super. Parkplatz immer vor der Tür kostenfrei gefunden.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Generell ist alles fussläufig zu erledigen. Strand ist ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, den Weg sind wir sehr gerne gelaufen. Geschäfte sind alle im umkreis und ein kleiner Abstecher nach Usedom ist mit dem Auto nur 4 Minuten weg. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Lage war auch okay, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 100 Meter entfernt und jeweils 15. Mintuen bis zur Promenade, Strand, Innenstadt und Hafen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren rundum zufrieden in dieser tollen Wohnung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das einzige war ein kleiner Hocker für unsere Tochter zum Hände waschen aber dieser wird wohl auch bald da sein. Es war rundum ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und eine tolle Betreuung von Herrn Grycun. Vielen Dank dafür.
