Holidays begin when the foot dangles in the sea and the heart in the sky Lovingly and harmoniously in a reduced, modern design, the 135 sqm old apartment was renovated in 2017. Now this dream home receives up to six people for wonderful Baltic holiday in urban flair with all the necessary comfort that it needs for carefree holidays.   The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible from the front and the courtyard entrance. �� During your stay you will have access to a powerful, free Wi-Fi. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.  The apartment is supplied with a flat-screen TV in the living room medial.   The living room is equipped with two comfortable leather couches from Rolf Benz, in all rooms and in the hallway the old plank floors have been restored and preserved. In the kitchen is also an oiled new floorboards laid, the bathrooms are tiled, the shower areas are designed as open floor-level wellness areas.   Two cuddly boxspring beds and a comfortable futon bed with comfortable mattresses ensure the restful sleep of our guests. Two tiled shower rooms one with double sink are also available. A separate kitchen with dining area for six people is equipped with a five-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a washing machine and provide the comfortable setting for your relaxing days.   A small balcony catches the morning and the evening sun and invites you to cozy moments with a view of the beautifully renovated old building lines.   We wish our guests maybe with your families or in the circle of friends a pleasant and beautiful stay in the apartment Agata and a lot of fulfilled desire for holidays!

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
