Das Zimmer und seine Lage war zunächst top, dennoch war unser Aufenthalt eine Katastrophe. Bereits bei der Ankunft war unser (durch eine E-mail bestätigt) Parkplatz belegt. Auf Nachfrage beim Anbieter wird man mit der Aussage abgespeist, man hätte doch gar keinen angefragt und solle am Folgetag zur Klärung ins Büro kommen. Die Damen waren äußert unfreundlich, sagten uns jedoch den Parkplatz zu. Die folgenden Tage war dieser Parkplatz dennoch durch andere Gäste belegt, wodurch uns gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts ein neuer Parkplatz zugewiesen wurde. Auch dieser war belegt, wir hatten uns jedoch in der Zwischenzeit einen Parkplatz beim anliegenden Hotel organisiert. Bei der Abreise wurde uns dann auch noch dreister Weise 50 Złoty pro Tag berechnet, obwohl wir nie auf dem Parkplatz vom Anbieter standen. Außerdem sollten Gäste die Kurtaxe unbedingt bar in Złoty bereit halten. Zahlt man in Euro, zahlt man imens drauf, denn Karte wird nicht akzeptiert. Das wird für uns das letzte Mal mit diesem Anbieter gewesen sein, da die Damen im Büro von Jahr zu Jahr unfreundlicher werden und es nicht sein kann, dass man eine Leistung bezahlen muss, die man nicht erhalten hat.
