Was a good stay but some of the staff wasn’t too a

The main pool was closed but we didn't know about that until after we paid and after we checked in. This meant we couldn't even sit in the chairs near the pool! Also, you have to pay for internet which feels a little bit silly considering the price of the hotel room. Other than that, a lovely property.

It was nice but check in was not as easy as booking.com reservations

The property is nice and has good amenities howver. the service is not good.. mainly the bar and restaurant service it doesn't appear that they like their job. It seems like they look at the job down so they play the reverse psychology on the customer . Also they need to work more on promoting alcohol...... they don't like to serve alcohol .Also I ordered a, a meal at the restaurant and I sent it back it was not cooked right .. they would not credit me for the meal... They kept on bringing it out the same way... over all I like the hotel ... it needs some improvement for the staff

The best thing was the service is excellent.they welcome you with a cold refreshments when you come in and they give you cold towels at the pool. The only thing is the pool not too deep maybe 4 feet.

Worst vacation ever! We booked 4 rooms for 4 adults and 5 kids hoping for relaxing and nice time off but we’re very disappointed! First they placed us in smoking rooms although our booking was confirmed for non smoking, very disgusting! Second we reserved two queen beds however they ran out of rooms and gave us the 4th room as king size bed, unprofessional! We had lunch in a nearby hotel and we had left overs; they stopped us at the entrance claiming it’s against their policy to bring outside food; upon asking them to see the policy as it was never disclosed during my booking nor under rules and restrictions; they said they don’t have it written and asked me to sign a waiver for full responsibility for the safety of the outside food; which was fine however they failed to offer this option at the beginning and kept us waiting outside! Finally we had dinner at the restaurant, they were understaffed and my kids pizza arrived literally after an hour from placing the order! Never again I will stick to the Marriott!

Enjoyed my stay here. Loved the beach area and easy access to the Dead Sea. Staff was pretty good, though some in the restaurant (particularly 1312 restaurant) need some customer service improvement. I felt like an inconvenience to my waiters. Very impressed with breakfast buffet variety and quality. Would return, especially considering the very reasonable room price I was able to find!

bad customer service
