The lovely house with private pool and large yard

The House Ulika is a spatious and vivid home away from home which can accomodate up to 5 people. It has 3 peaceful bedrooms and 2 fully fitted bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your delicious Istrian flavours and aromas. The dining room is separated from the kitchen only with a counter so that the whole company may enjoy in their time together. The large living room is the created for careless relaxation and provides enough space both for grownups and for playful chlidren. The house offers free Wi-Fi, it is completely air-conditioned but offers also the central heating which makes it a perfect holiday home throughout the whole year.
The garden is the Mediterranean dream and takes pride of the stone made Istrian symbol of kazun surrounded by the lovely olive trees, trimmed lawn and evergreen bushes providing so much needed shade in the summer. The large yard is providing enough space for children to play and for your cozy days with the book in your hands. The outside barbecue is the joyful outdoor spot for your cooking adventures. The swimming poll will bring you refreshment during the warm summer days and the lounges a nice tan while you relax looking at the nature. The estate can accomodate up to 3 cars in the yard.
