Beautiful home in Sveti Petar u Sumi

The beautiful Villa Ema Istra is located in Sveti Petar u Sumi in central Istria. The villa offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a spacious outdoor area with private pool and children's playground. On the ground floor you will find a bright and light-flooded living room with satellite TV, kitchen and dining room as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and it is possible to put a baby cot in this room. In the second room you will find 2 single beds, which is an ideal room layout for a family with children.

The remaining 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are located on the first floor. 3 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 bedrooms have an extra bed), while one bedroom has 2 single beds.

In the outdoor area of the villa there is a private pool with sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining table with barbecue. Surrounded by greenery in the villa's garden you will find a trampoline, children's playground, badminton net and garden furniture where you can enjoy a cold drink with friends and family.

The lively tourist centres of Porec and Rovinj, the beaches, clean sea and numerous sights are only a short drive away. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Central Istria also offers a rich cultural heritage.

Sveti Petar u Sumi was named after a Benedictine monastery from the early 12th century, but for centuries it belonged to the Paulines, the white monks. Unlike other Istrian towns and cities, where the villages are located on a hill, Sv. Petar u Sumi is situated on a hilly plateau surrounded by ancient forests. There is an 18 km long cycle path in the area that leads visitors through unspoilt nature. Also attractive is the 4.2 km long Krizni put hiking trail with 14 stations with stone sculptures of sacred motifs. Numerous events are organised in Sveti Petar u Sumi, which attract many visitors every year. The most famous is the sausage market, where the championship in traditional sausage stuffing takes place. There are numerous taverns not far from the villa where you can sample the finest Istrian delicacies. We recommend that you visit other tourist destinations such as the towns of Pula and Rovinj on the coast and the medieval towns of Motovun and Buzet in central Istria.

The road connections are excellent. The motorway will take you to Pula or Trieste airports.
