We provide a great place to vacation offer 2 bedrooms and 1 full baths, with all new furniture, and the capacity to sleep 5 people.

There are many things to do within just a few minutes . . . and the beach is included--it is just 1 block away! If you are a golfer, there are plenty of courses near by.

If you like to cook, there is a full kitchen with all-new appliances and natural stone countertops. Of course, we also offer the necessary coffee station with a Keurig , with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. provided.

We offer super-fast Internet each bedroom has its own split unit A/C, and smart TVs that features hundreds of viewing options. Both a washer and a dryer are provided, along with complementary detergent pods for your convenience. Parking is directly in front of the entry door. Beach chairs are available in the downstairs storage room for our guests. When you sit out on the back deck, you can enjoy a view of the pond and lush oak in the front yard. below.


Air-conditioned accommodations at this duplex also offered coffee/tea makers. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds, and dining tables. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include huge shower and outside shower to help the sand outside.

No hot tub or garden, ignitor on grill broken & no propane. Went to the store and bought steaks for 2 meals & had to fry them in a pan. EVERYTHING we cooked in the steel pans stuck. Could use non-stick Teflon pans & more teaspoons (5). Never rented a place on VRBO that didn’t have a toaster. Bought a loaf of bread assuming the was a toaster. Shower curtain is hung backwards, listing should say washer & dryer outside, bottom drawer on oven was very greasy, mattress needs to be replaced in spare bedroom, no dresser or mirror in spare bedroom, Bella air fryer had dirty tray, microwave door dirty, television screen dirty, underside of toilet lid not clean, motion light just blinking, white picket gate scrapes the concrete, back door is very difficult to shut, was given code for back door (never worked, we tried to unlock the door for several days, freezer handle loose (my husband tightened the refrigerator handle), popsicles left in freezer, had remove thick lint from the dryer just to use, dirty utensils in turn style on counter, blinds were dirty throughout rental, can’t open refrigerator door wide open because handle hits the counter, fridge rubs on counter, no measuring cups, dirty glass loaf pan in cupboard, very UNCOMFORTABLE furniture, spare bedroom A/C runs loud, no cushions on bar stools, knobs on both closets doors loose, could use a shower hook on wall next to the shower, when we got in, took the “carpet” out of the kitchen scared of falling, hair & sticky on floor.

cute place to stay

We came down for Bike Week 2024 and was looking for someplace to accommodate a large trailer. This property was perfect for our trailer, vehicle and motorcycle. The inside of the house was clean, nicely decorated and was everything that we needed for our stay. The owner was amazing and very friendly. We would stay there again for sure.

Lovely home!

If you’re looking for a comfortable home away from home at the beach, this is it. There’s a fully equipped full sized kitchen, a screen porch, and even a porch swing hanging from the tree in the front yard. It’s a nice quiet, peaceful neighborhood only a block from the beach access. Hope made sure there were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and even towels for our comfort. Highly recommend!
