Good stay but...

Overall the stay was nice however there was one flaw during our stay. We found out that the room service guys didn't close my room's door properly after they made up our room.

BEST hotel in city center of Surabaya, BEST value

this hotel and Haris Hotel have the same entrance and exit. Hotel is best value. Room and bathroom is super clean, flat TV is super big with international channel. at the loby there is a super market, 24 hr restaurant serving simple foods. Check in and out is easy. Staffs were great. REceptionist help me to call taxi to airport at 4.15am. Walking distance (100 m) to nice restaurants (western-japanese-chinese, bakery shop) and ATM.. 500m to a club , The colors pub and resto.

the room is great and modern. service are tiptop. breakfast somewhat dissappointed. not really delicious and you have to get there early or you'll be left with nothing.
