You'll love the spectacular ocean views and the second-floor game room in this newly renovated four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath oceanfront home right on the beach and with all the space and privacy you need for a fun vacation with friends and family. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with two with king beds and one with two twin beds. This home offers central air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, color cable TVs, a VCR, DVD players, free WiFi. Other amenities include three covered porches, a sundeck oceanside attached to a covered porch, a covered entrance, an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, parking underneath the house, and a private walkway to the beach with a sundeck. Beautiful and spacious oceanfront home

We loved being so close to the ocean, with a great deck to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. The house has plenty of room and having a bathroom with each bedroom was a plus for our group. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House, Bad Bugs

It's a great house,especially the extra half bath off of the kitchen. However, it has a very bad roach broblem, and desperately needs to have the floors cleaned. And, it seems to us that the fridge is on its last leg. The house is designed well and is spacious. It just needs some TLC. The railing on the front sitting area needs to be secured as well.

We loved it!!! The home was decorated beautifully and tastefully and had all the amenities we needed for a peaceful and relaxing vacation! I have been coming to Holden Beach since 1974 and so far this is my favorite house by far! Loved the convenient location to the bridge! My only complaint is that it would be great to have the downstairs bedroom furnished with a king size bed, like the two adult rooms upstairs. But overall, it was a fabulous week!!!

Great house

The house was roomy and comfortable. Great updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Wonderful porches on both sides of the house. We would definitely rent this house again. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week at Holden Beach.

Great oceanfront rental

We really enjoyed this house! Sitting on the oceanfront deck is amazing! The house is in a great location. The kitchen is huge. My only suggestion is to clean/replace the carpet and update the furniture in the living room (not for looks necessarily, it is just very worn and you sink when you sit on the couch.). The beds were great..

For accountability.

I wrote a review on Vacasa but since strangely it wasn’t posted I’m writing this review for accountability. I preface this review by stating the property management received my complaints And issued a night’s refund. If you have any issues with the property, you must directly reach out to the property and there is no point in responding to vacasa when the message you to see how your stay is going as this doesn’t get forwarded to the property management group on Holden Beach. The pros: the location of the house is very nice. It’s beachfront, the deck is great. We enjoyed the location and view. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked and very clean. The cons: There is carpeting throughout the house and the carpet is heavily stained. It was actually quite disgusting. The living room furniture is old, worn, and stained. The throw pillows are decrepit. The mattress in the back bedroom upstairs smells horrible. There is a foam mattress topper on it and the mattress is very old. The pillows throughout the house are stained yellow, extremely lumpy and also seem to be quite old as well. The spare bedroom with the twin beds have mattresses in them from 2009. There are stains on the throw pillows in that room as well, as they don’t appear to be washed ever either. The mattress pads need to be replaced since they don’t seem to be washed between visits. I cannot understand why rentals insist on the renters stripping linens if they are going to leave old and gross mattresses and pillows to be discovered by the people paying to stay there. I hope this review gets visibility and this property can get some extra love. If not be sure to bring your own pillows and house shoes.

Great views & comfortable home

We came for the oceanfront view and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the ocean from the swinging chair. The house is cozy and the beds were comfortable. Great location in Holden Beach!

Excellent Getaway

This house was excellent! It was just like the photos and had what seemed like newly remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed. Bring K-cups for the coffee maker and some additional trash bags, but otherwise, it has plenty of amenities if you plan to cook - even a crockpot. It's right on the beach with 2 decks for plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the ocean. It's close to a couple of restaurants and a very short drive to Food Lion and Walgreens.
