The name says it all! 1 EZ Access is a beautiful home offering oceanfront views, a private pool, and close proximity to lots of amenities Holden Beach has to offer. This home has everything for a carefree vacation with the latest in kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and luxury vinyl floors. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to impress your friends and family with your inner chef. A large dining table for family game night or dinner. Cozy up in the oceanfront living room to watch your favorite movie. Step out on the back oceanfront decks to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or to sit back and relax. The front deck offers views of the Holden Beach bridge and local restaurants. On the first floor this home has a master suite featuring a Queen bed with an attached Bath. Upper-level bedrooms feature bedroom 2 which is oceanfront with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 also with a Queen bed and has a private bath offering views of the bridge. Finally, bedroom 4 is oceanfront with a double and bunk bed. There are TV’s in all bedrooms, great for streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy a close walk to the beach or if you’ve had your share of the beach for the day, sunbathe by the private pool! The enclosed Hot/Cold shower is perfect for rinsing off all the beach you brought back with you. Close to the center of town lets you enjoy everything that Holden Beach has to offer. Summer concerts, festivals, restaurants, ice cream shop and candy store.
