Luxury villa Casa Familija Splitska with a private pool is located in Splitska Bay on the island of Brac, 7 km from Supetar. This family villa by the sea has an outdoor private pool, sauna, private open-air parking, and is located just about 10 meters from the sea.
Upon arrival at the private parking space you will see a covered parking area, and you can access the villa through the main entrance, conveniently located next to the parking. The other part of the patio, which includes the barbecue and outdoor seating area, is also accessible from the kitchen. The outdoor area also features a sauna and an outdoor shower.
The main entrance leads to a fully air-conditioned living area with a living room, a sofa, and a TV, seamlessly connected to the dining space and kitchen. The dining area includes a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, and a dining table for 8 people. From the living area, you can step through the glass doors onto the patio with the pool and sun loungers.
The first floor has four fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature double beds, work desks, bed linen, TVs, Wi-Fi, and sea views. The other two rooms each have two single beds. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with towels, heating, a shower, and a hairdryer.
The villa spans two levels and offers 160m2 of living space, along with amenities like a baby crib and a highchair upon request.
