Perfect!

Beautiful cabin tucked away in the woods, very quiet and private. Everything was top notch, they even had coffee, beer and wine for us to try! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Steep Lane Lodge is Awesome!

This cabin is excellent. Exactly as advertised, very cozy yet immaculately clean and comfortable. The management of the property was extremely responsive and flexible. The location is wonderful if you don't mind a very steep drive to get to the property. But once there we saw a family of deer each morning and our dogs loved to roam the property.We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.

Steep Lane cabin

Beautiful cabin with plenty of amenities and gorgeous views. Host was very responsive to our needs. The rugged driveway added to our Montana adventures. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Was the perfect half way point for the family coming from ND, SD, and Oregon. Lots of privacy so lots of relaxation! Would love to stay here again sometime!

The cabin is gorgeous inside and out. The property is huge and secluded, very private. We had teenagers and little ones. There was lots of toys and games, and room for bikes outside. Plenty of beds/couches for everyone to sleep on. It is our favorite place now and we plan to go back yearly at least!!

Great secluded cabin

Property is amazing and we hiked up the mountain side directly into the Lolo National Forest. A couple of things to note: 1. The driveway is steep, like really really steep and our rented SUV almost went back down the driveway until I found the 4 wheel drive button. There are also some decent size rocks that might tear up the bottom of a standard passenger car, so I recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle with decent clearance. 2. There was no booklet containing all the info on the cabin, just an online portal, which I didn't like. Every VRBO I've stayed at has had a booklet with all essential info and that's preferable to having to get online to look at the portal every time or download it to my phone. 3. I didn't realize when I rented it (my fault) that it only has one shower. We had 8 people there and for some reason I just assumed it had another shower and didn't read the listing close enough. There's room in the washer and dryer area to add a stand-up shower and that would be great because that's where most of the guests sleep. Still a great place to stay and Durango's restaurant in nearby Superior is excellent. River's Edge restaurant in Alberton was not great though and pricier than Durango's. Superior is a cool little town and the hike in the mountain behind it is very cool.

Beautiful

What a beautiful cabin in the mountains! The hosts have thought of everything that you may need. The pictures are exactly what the cabin looks like. The views were unbelievable. My family really enjoyed using the smoker for our dinners! Can’t wait to come back!

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

Loved this place. It’s beautiful, secluded and has all the things. Check in was easy. We had everything we needed and the host even left us some adult beverages to enjoy. Check out was even better. We had a snafu and had to stay an extra day. It was no problem and easy to arrange. Unlike many places, we didn’t have to do any of the cleanup like stripping sheets or starting laundry. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful cabin.

Everything one could possibly want is included in this cabin. Well equipped kitchen, tasteful decorating, amazing views, and very clean. A gas grill and Targer wood fired grill made meal preparation a joy. If you go you won’t want to leave.

A little slice of heaven!

This property is absolutely amazing! We loved the privacy, the amazing views and all the comforts that this cabin had to offer. It appears that the whole cabin has been updated with top-notch details. The furnishings were all very comfortable. I loved the tub and great shower. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and a grill and smoker out on the deck. Our visit was during a pretty smokey week, so we loved being able to keep windows closed and run the air conditioner. The cabin is located in a beautiful area with amazing hikes and biking trails close by. We also did a river trip while we were there. We will difinitely be back!!

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

Absolutely gorgeous cabin! It is very clean and spacious and easily accommodated our party of six or more if needed! The upstairs loft was perfect spot for our family to gather and play games and have fun. We found it centrally located to so many activities (rafting, horse back riding, bike riding on the Hiawatha Trail) and so many beautiful hikes (Heart and Pearl Lakes were breath taking) and a wonderful home to return to at the end the day sitting on the deck and watching the sun set. I highly recommend and look forward to renting here again!

Family getaway

Beautiful updated log cabin! Really easy check in and out. The view from the porch was breath taking! We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Well stocked kitchen-my husband loved the beer! Greg was super helpful with getting more propane for the grill when the tank ran out. Already thinking about when we can come back!!

Fantastic Cabin!!

Beautiful, newly updated cabin in the hills about 45 min from Missoula! Gregory and team were very helpful! The digital guide for nearby restaurants and activities as well as things to do in Missoula was awesome! Kitchen is fully stocked (including coffee and adult beverages), comfortable beds, loved the back deck swing! Would definitely rent again!

Great Stay

The house was very clean with great views of the valley. Very comfortable inside and out. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with an activity room for the kids. Very easy check out.
