About This Property One at Ocean is a freshly renovated 3-level, 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 guests and is set in a small complex of 5 Ocean Terraces.
With palm trees surrounding the property and boardwalk steps to the front door, this apartment has a beach hut feel. From your private rooftop, kick back and enjoy gorgeous ocean views between the palms.
Leave the car at home and embrace coastal living. Be in the heart of Sunshine Beach’s delightful village, close to the restaurants and cafés on Duke Street, and the patrolled beach and surf club.
The space Enjoy dual access to the property from both Webb Road and Crank Street. Enter the top level from Crank Street, where you go down the boardwalk and into the open-plan living. Pale grey, light timber and gold finishes feature throughout, which makes the space feel clean, bright and calming.
A contemporary powder room is next to the entrance and a cosy dining area is by the window with corner benches and chairs. Next to this is the kitchen which features gorgeous Caesar stone benches and a distinctive hanging feature light above the island bench. This ultra-modern kitchen has beautifully designed cupboards and new appliances.
At the far end is the lounge area with a TV, a large 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs around a coffee table. The wall-length sliding doors let in plenty of natural light and can be opened onto a balcony with seating for 6 and a Weber BBQ. Listen to the waves and enjoy the sea air while you dine alfresco by the ocean.
Take the steps up onto the open-air roof terrace, where you will be greeted by spectacular views of the sea and lush surroundings. With plenty of seating and cushions, this is an idyllic area to stargaze, sunbathe or simply unwind with a book.
Back inside, take the stairs down to the middle level where you will find the main bedroom with a king-size bed, showcasing a unique dressing area. A walk-in robe is hidden behind mirrored doors and the chest of drawers also acts as a bench and a divide between the bed and the robe. Sliding doors open onto a small balcony. The modern ensuite has a shower and tasteful gold taps and handles.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds, which can be joined into one to make a king, a built-in wardrobe and a unique view of the front garden bank under the boardwalk entry. The bathroom next door has a shower and laundry facilities tucked away behind doors.
Down the stairs, which is well-lit by a high window, is access to the garage which has space for 2 cars ( 1 big and 1 small ) entry to Webb Street, and a path direct to Sunshine Beach.
