Imagine yourself relaxing on a huge, sun soaked balcony, overlooking the beautiful Currimundi Lake and the ocean beyond, whilst listening to the birds sing in the trees and parklands below.

This can be a reality at The Entrance, Currimundi. This lake front position is highly sought after. With the lake, surf beach, playground and walking tracks at your doorstep, what else could you need? The local beach store is only a short walk away and sells take away meals, basic grocery items and even rents out kayaks & paddleboards.

Unit 13 has been fully renovated in an ultra modern, beach theme. It is situated on the 7th floor with lift access. The unit features spacious, open plan living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It will comfortably sleep your family of 6 in a Queen bed and 4 singles.

The double sliding doors in the lounge room open up onto a huge, north facing balcony, which boasts sweeping views of the Currimundi lake, ocean beach and shipping lanes beyond.

The main bedroom and 3rd bedroom also each have a smaller balcony, with views to the North and towards Moffat Beach in the South.

The unit features air conditioning in the main bedroom and ceiling fans in the lounge, main & 2nd bedrooms, flyscreens throughout, LCD HD Tv and Blu-ray / DVD player and Wifi. There is a sunny, inground pool and secure underground car park.

Caloundra's CBD and Currimundi Marketplace are only a short drive away, however you will feel as if you are a world away at The Entrance.

We found the unit very well equipped, had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Far enough away from the hussle of Caloundra but close enough for any needs. The view was spectacular with easy access to the beach and lake.
