This beachside duplex offers you a piece of Sunshine paradise with all the conveniences you need.

Perfectly furnished in a fun and funky fashion, providing ample relaxation areas and peaceful seclusion. There is a huge entertaining deck off the upper living level with both alfresco dining and relaxed lounge seating. A hopper window opens from the kitchen to a table with bar stools and there is also a Weber BBQ included, perfect for enjoying an evening cooking on the deck.

Two bedrooms downstairs, along with two bathrooms and another spacious media room with comfortable lounge seating. The sofa lounge suite in the media room supports additional sleeping opportunities for two guests.

Too hilly for our age. Very good for a young Family. Lots of stains on modular couch, can’t remove the covers to wash. Who would know, cat , dog, toddler or drinks. Master bedroom badly leaking with rain. Didn’t use it. Very homely, many small items included.

Excellent pet friendly location and property

The property was well kept and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was close to unique shops including bars, coffee and restaurants. There was a lovely deck for relaxing with afternoon drinks. ll in all we really enjoyed our stay

Some pros and some cons

The main bed was small and had a mattress topper that made it so hot I thought I was roasting alive. So no sleep first night. Removed that the next day but the mattress was still very soft and offered no support. And its just hard work cramming into a little bed. Car accomm was effectively a lean to attached to the front of the property - narrow and only usable if reversed in to. Had to be extremely careful not to bump doors when getting out. Kitchen was well stocked and upstairs living area was pleasant.
